SUPPORT JACKET®️ has been developed as workwear with a revolutionary function
to reduce the strain on the lower back and body by means of an exoskeleton "second spine"
originally developed for various work situations such as "logistics, manufacturing, construction,
agriculture, forestry, fishing, service industry, nursing and medical care".

We conducted joint research with Kanazawa University based on the needs and opinions of more than thousands of
companies.
From the wearer's perspective, we
focused on a posture that reduces strain on the lower back and body when lifting and unloading luggage,
standing, or working in a half-backed or forward-leaning posture.
We have developed an assist suit equipped with three innovative functions.
The cause of lower back problems is said to be frequent lifting movements and forward bending movements. It guides the bad posture that is often performed during daily work into the ideal posture, allows muscles such as the abdominal muscles and back muscles to function normally, and is gentle on the body and reduces the burden on the lower back.
We have independently developed the "second spine (Bb+)" from the spine to the pelvis to create another core. The arch, which is the same as the human spine, and moderate mobility suppress the increase in pressure on the intervertebral discs and maintain a posture angle that is less stressful, creating the ideal form for working postures.

*Assuming that the wearer is 172cm tall and weighs 64kg.
*Verification method: We made 10 healthy adult males raise and lower 10kg weight tested for 30 times in 10 minutes according to a metronome.
Participants did the same for both cases of wearing the jacket and not, which were recorded in a video. We then analyzed the angles of the neck, trunk, and knees of the participants from the video and assessed the data with the REBA method recommended in ISO/TR12296, international standards for evaluating occupational lower back pain.

confirmed to be effective in promoting good posture during work. In addition, the corset function and
elastic fabric from the knees to the waist are thought to create a great sense of assistance. This product is

※As an adult male in his 20s had a muscle potential sensor attached to his back surface, he lifted a 10 kg load from the floor to a table and placed it on the floor (repeated 10 times), and the muscle contraction state of his spinal erector muscles was measured with an electromyograph.
It was confirmed that wearing the device reduced the burden on the lower back by a maximum of approximately 43%. (own research).
